“It was April of 2013 when I first met you. I didn’t know at that very moment when we were in Europe and doing our pilgrimage that my prayers were finally answered. The man that I’ve been praying for all my life is right there standing in front of me.”
Ah the magic of love.
And Kyan and Ivy’s wedding? Magical.
“Sam, actually I promised myself I wouldn’t cry when I see you pass through those doors but, uhm, I really tried my best not to pero when I saw you, when I saw the doors open, I just realized then and there that today is truly the day that I get to spend the rest of my life with my best friend and the mother of my future children and for that I’m very grateful.”
Yet another reason why the bridal walk is such a highlight of a wedding — the sudden rush of overwhelming emotions that the groom (and, obviously, the bride) experience.
With constant rainfall, the weather’s been dark and gloomy for the few days — just like it was in Meynard and Victoria’s wedding day. That could seriously dampen the mood but it did not. There were nothing but smiles and laughter (and some tears in between). They were carefree. They were enjoying the moment.
They were in-love.
“Asking you to be with me ten years ago was the easiest decision I have ever made in my life. And today, I’ve made the best decision.”
It all started with Chris’ parents’ 25th wedding anniversary. It then followed by his brother’s wedding. Now, here we are again, covering another Limchoc wedding. Maybe we’re part of that decision. Maybe we’re doing something right.
“Exciting kung sabay uli tayong maglaro ng Playstation. Kahit mag-asawa na tayo, baby, tandaan mo, ako pa rin ang lifetime buddy mo, best friend mo. Game na!”
And, fittingly, Nikko received a “gamer’s showcase” — PS4, games… the works! Plus he got something else that made him forget about PS4.
“Then on the day that I met you, I found out what true love was and my life has never been the same.”
It was indeed love at first sight for Alfred and Yasmine — followed by a challenging courtship stage, a Supreme Court wedding, two lovely daughters and, now, a church wedding. A wedding filled with many, MANY wondrous moments — plus their love story spoken in Italian.
“I vow before you and before everyone that I will continue to be your taga-saway, your personal assistant and constant reminder when you forget your phone… and other stuff.”
Eldrin definitely has his priorities straight.

Smiles. Laughter. Tears rolling down. Tears being held back. Cameras everywhere. Eyes focused on the bride (and groom). There’s that unusual combination of nervousness, excitement and utter joy.
Weddings. What’s not to like?
Happiness. Giggle. Infectious laughter.
Pure, unbridled joy.
Why do we love doing weddings? To see that look of love. That sincere and genuine smile. Those moments that reminds us that our world is a wonderful place.
“I want you to know that I will have your best interests in mind. What’s yours is mine… I meant, what’s mine is yours. Your shopping would come first before my Michelin restaurants. And the toilet seat will always be down for you when you wake up in the morning.”
Way to go, Adrian! Reversing and quick thinking is essential. You’re on your way to having a wonderful marriage together.

RG and Tricia’s wedding seem to have been taken out of a fairy tale — with its youthful vibe and heavenly elegance. It is not a fairy tale though but instead it’s real life. Truly, life is like a movie — minus the script and director. Simply beautiful.

It’s easy to be drowned by the grandness of Bryan and Mich’s wedding — countless premium cars, a thousand and a half guests and the largest ballroom in the country — but, in the end, it’s sincerity in love that shines through.
He had his band. She wore gladiator sandals. They rode a Maserati.
Then there were the comic antics. There was a pinky promise. And there were tears upon heartfelt tears.

But what tops the many unique things in Halley and Valerie’s wedding is the actual usage of a tin can telephone. 😀

They are both artists operating on both sides of the camera — Paul’s a renowned film director while Tin is a celebrated film actress/host. Beyond being artists, they are a son and a daughter — treasured by their parents, adored by their siblings.
They are friends to plenty, inspired by their character and story. They are lovers, faithful to God and truly blessed by Him.
Feel the love of friends. Feel the love of family. Feel the love of Paul and Tin.
Weddings always provide that top-of-the-world kind of feeling. Getting married on a rooftop — a 28-storey building’s rooftop — sure helps.
